Coli, baculovirus/insect, and/or mammalian expression system, such as cell culture, small scale expression evaluation and large scale expression in flasks and wave bags.• The scientist will also be responsible for establishing novel purification protocols or follow established protocol using IMAC, SEC and other purification media to provide protein for High-Throughput screening and crystallography studies.• Additional responsibilities include experimental design, data analysis, troubleshooting, participation in project teams and maintaining detailed records.
