SEO & Paid Ads Lead

We’re looking for an SEO & Paid Ads Lead to work directly with the CEO and Head of Growth to scale our inbound marketing efforts.

As the SEO & Paid Ads Lead, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing strategy and execution.

Your responsibilities will include content writing, managing the SEO strategy, optimizing website conversion rates,and measuring and improving overall inbound channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the inbound marketing strategy to grow awareness and the top-of-funnel acquisition

  • Project-manage the development of website & the respective team of front-end developers

  • Lead our Digital Advertising projects (Google Search, Linkedin etc) in terms of execution, expansion and strategy

  • Lead the strategy of optimisation for search engines (SEO)

  • Analyze and measure the performance of inbound marketing campaigns and channels, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in inbound marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, paid ads and conversion optimization

  • Execution-first mindset

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing and paid analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Ahref/Semrush, Google Ads).

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Very good verbal and written English language skills.

  • Location: Europe / remote.
