In this key leadership role, you will drive our growth in the Communications Automation and AI space by acquiring new automation clients, leveraging your expertise with the system-integrator (SI) ecosystem, and a wide range of vertical domains. The SVP New Business Channel Sales will oversee and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales revenue and bookings and to contribute to the overall profitability of IntelePeer. We are a high-growth company and are looking for the right head of New Business Channel Sales to continue our growth path.Position Responsibilities• Develop and execute strategic partner sales plans to acquire new logos directly, with a focus on B2C, large Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.• Build and nurture C-level relationships across top partners to solidify and deepen our partnership.• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Cloud/SaaS, Managed Services, and Cloud Applications to position IntelePeer as a leader in CAP (Communications Automation Platform).• Leverage your experience to identify and implement innovative sales strategies and tools to drive revenue growth.• Utilize your expertise in sales methodologies and frameworks, to develop and train the sales team, enhancing their capabilities and maximizing their performance.• Create a consistent, scalable, and repeatable methodologies through proven best practices.• Implement methodologies to facilitate a collaborative partner go-to-market.• Establish relationships with leadership across sales, customer success, support, product, and marketing leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment at scale.• Manage and achieve key business metrics including bookings, revenue, and overall partner health.• Be an inspirational leader and create a vibrant, inclusive culture that inspires people to do their best work.• Operationalize key programs to ensure the team can scale to meet the needs of our partner ecosystem.• Drive cross-functional collaboration with product development teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product roadmap, incorporating customer and partner feedback and market insights.RequirementsEducation• Bachelor’s degree is required.
