Your role in helping us shape the futureYou will play a vital role on the Human Resources team, partnering with members of the HR team and their customers to analyze work process design and flow and leverage technical capabilities to support the business. Reporting to the Manager, HRIS, the Senior HRIS Analyst will assist subject matter experts with end-user support, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Oracle Cloud HCMAdminister a variety of HR system modules in Oracle Cloud HCM including recruiting, performance, talent management, and global HR.Support the development of HR system data requirements, based on business needs, standard operating procedures and documentationProvide support for cyclical and ad hoc auditsManage system integrations and vendor relationshipsDevelop and review exceptions reports to monitor data issues and validate quality dataPlan for and execute quarterly system update testingAdapt to evolving HR system environmentWork with key stakeholders to identify automation or report enhancement opportunities and data process streamliningDevelop process documentation for end-users and assist with end-user trainingAs an effective communicator, be able to drive insights into actions that improve business resultsMaintain awareness of current trends in HRIS and analytics; continuously increasing HR knowledge and HRIS application knowledgeCan you drive these processes?Use data from different sources to draw conclusions and recommend a course of actionUtilize interpersonal skills in a collaborative manner to accomplish project goalsUnderstand and use both qualitative and quantitative data to create analytics that drive the businessYou should definitely have:A four-year college degreeFive-seven years of relevant experienceExperience with Oracle Cloud HCMEffective communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and act with discretionAbility to work independently and produce deliverables in a timely manner; ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasksIt would be nice if:Your degree was in HR or BusinessYou are quick to embrace change and accept ambiguityWhat it’s like to work with us:Intelsat is connecting the world and transforming the telecoms landscape by reaching beyond the traditional satellite industry.
