Account Executive, SMB
Intercom is looking for an SMB Account Executive to spearhead the growth of their new business segment. They are seeking a sales professional with experience in closing roles, selling SaaS products, and outbound prospecting.
Skills
- 2+ years experience in closing role
- 1+ years selling SaaS products
- Outbound prospecting experience
- Strong sales instincts and quota track record
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Evangelize and drive adoption of Intercom's product in the Small Business segment
- Manage full sales cycle for Small Business customers
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and performance visibility
- Articulate Intercom's value using the Command of the Message framework
- Partner with SE's and R&D to win flagship logos and act as voice of customers
