PMM Manager - Web & Sales Strategy
Intercom is a leading customer service platform leveraging AI to enhance business interactions. The PMM Manager will redefine how Intercom communicates its story in the market and drive preference and demand through web and sales channels.

Responsibilities
- Manage two direct reports across both web and sales channels
- Own ‘The Pitch’ and the storytelling strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Web, and PMM leadership for the overall strategy
- Create and maintain Intercom's sales narrative
- Monitor the performance of web pages and optimize
- Ensure alignment of marketing strategies
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
