Senior Product Engineer, Machine Learning
Intercom is an AI-first customer service platform that aims to transform customer service online. They are seeking experienced Senior Product Engineers to build AI-powered products and contribute to their mission of improving online customer service.
Skills
- Proficiency in a high-level programming language
- Experience in building ML-powered products
- Strong analytical approach to product engineering
Responsibilities
- Build systems for AI products using ML Python tech stack
- Work with ML Scientists on proof-of-concept code
- Partner with product teams for AI product experience
- Contribute to all software development phases
- Mentor and develop other engineers
Education
- BSc in Computer Science, Maths or Statistics
