Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the People organisation and Finance to understand operational challenges and opportunities.
- Acting as the single point of contact between the People org and the People Systems team.
- Gathering and prioritising functional requirements based on input from teams.
- Developing and maintaining a functional Workday roadmap in partnership with People Systems.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes.
- Ensuring processes align with best practices and meet functional needs.
- Driving program management initiatives and tracking progress on Workday-related projects.
