Senior Director, GTM Analytics

Intercom is on a mission to redefine customer service with their AI-first platform. They are seeking a Senior Director of GTM Analytics to lead a team that provides data-driven insights to enhance sales, marketing, and customer success.

Skills

10+ years of analytics experience
Strong knowledge of GTM across sales and marketing
Expertise in data analytics tools like SQL and Tableau
Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional projects
Strong strategic mindset and communication skills

Responsibilities

Define and execute the analytics strategy for GTM functions
Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team
Provide actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Oversee analytical models and reporting systems
Lead market intelligence efforts for GTM planning
Implement best practices in data governance and analytics tools
Contribute to annual planning and budget allocation

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Master's degree preferred
