Intern - Accounting

Position Summary

The Accounting Intern is responsible for assisting accounting and accounts

Accounting Manager

Other Key Relationships:

Corporate Finance Team

Key Responsibilities

Scanning and filing of accounts payable invoices
Collecting invoices and worksheet backup to send to clients
Auditing candidate reimbursements
Obtaining hotel folio information from AMEX
Assisting with past due Invoices
Helping with ad hoc projects

Ideal Experience

Accounting/Finance majors
Willingness to work on a flexible schedule
Computer experience
Strong Knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel
Well developed organizational skills with a solid orientation to detail
A self-starter with a strong desire to learn
