Provide real-life work experience by participating in company sponsored projects
Assists team with applicable tasks
Contribute feedback and ideas
Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments
Develop business acumen
Other tasks/responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications:

CWS Internships are intended to be positions with limited durations
Possess a strong desire to gain further understanding of the CWS business model
Actively demonstrate CWS core values
Knowledge of real estate and property management
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated competencies in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other programs as required
Ability to adhere to company policies, procedures and practices
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to work as a team player as well as working collaboratively with other departments and outside organizations, including but not limited to on-site personnel, brokers, other analysts and senior management
Valid driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation
