Intern - Data Delivery (FALL)

The Delivery Data Management Specialist Intern level is responsible for the execution and integrity of the end-to-end data flow in Acxiom’s product-based client solutions with guidance from DIS Team members. There should be an understanding of the client’s data and business requirements and how we map those into the capabilities of Acxiom’s solutions. They will analyze the source data against the capabilities of the products, consult with the client on data integrity issues, and map the data into the solution. They will perform auditing and quality checks to ensure the integrity of the data is maintained as it flows through the system. They will work to ensure that the client’s success criteria are achieved by making sure the data required for campaigns, BI/reporting, analytics, extracts, and other outputs is identified.

Responsibilities of the Delivery Data Management Specialist include:

Builds and maintains expertise on Acxiom UDL product capabilities and usage
Perform analysis and prepare reports as needed for Lead DDMS to do initial data discussions with the client
Ingestion of data into solution
Perform configuration & mapping of source file data in delivery tools that aligns with requirements, design, and mapping documentation
Perform QA & auditing to ensure the data quality through the solution including the data warehouse, data mart(s), and outputs/extracts
Consults with DIS Team mentor on data counts, quality, and operational reports
Identifies, tracks, and resolves data issues
