Intern - PhD Control Systems Software Engineer

Responsibilities

Design and solve practical control problems through kinetics model simulation and analysis
Build reliable, safe motion controller platform
Tackle problems through understandings of vehicle dynamics and behavior models

Required Skills

Experience designing and implementing modern control systems
Passionate about writing amazing, robust, safety-critical, efficient C++ and Python
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience in characterizing vehicle dynamics and behavior models
Preferred candidates have familiarity with state-of-the-art 3D control simulation frameworks

The starting salary for this internship is $40-$70 per hour with a 40 hour a week maximum, based on qualifications
