Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to executive team and employees.
• Schedule and manage company-wide meetings and events.
• Book travel for internal staff and candidates.
• Manage office facilities including space planning.
• Organize office operations and procedures.
• Order office supplies, snacks, beverages.
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
• Greet visitors. Prepare conference rooms for visitor meetings.
• Receive and ship packages.
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working in a high-tech environment.
• Experience with Google suites (Doc, Sheets, Slides) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Creative problem solver.
