Our Global Customer Support Services (GCSS) team is searching for an intern to support various GCSS Projects and day-to-day operations. The intern will assist the Project Teams for the scoping, project management and user acceptance testing. The day-to-day operations include system maintenance, user account management, process review and system troubleshooting. This role requires a strong understanding of technical terminology but is not a heavy coding position.
Duration: This is intended to be a four-month paid internship (~20-30 hours/week) beginning immediately, with potential to extend beyond the stated timeframe.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Education: Must be enrolled in an accredited university degree program working towards a degree in a related field (Computer Science/Network Engineering, Engineering, Business, Information Technology or Project Management preferred).
