Internal Audit Intern

Looking for a paid Summer Internship opportunity? We are seeking top talent to join the Audit team!

• Assist when needed with testing related to the Company’s SOX 404 program including completing and documenting key process walk-throughs, testing controls, and assisting in remediation efforts.
• Assist with the completion of various interim external audit fieldwork.
• Review, evaluate, and test performance metrics of corporate functions and company operations, with an emphasis on accounting and finance processes or Brands Operational functions.
• Fully engage in all stages of financial, compliance and operational audits: “planning”, “walk-throughs”, “fieldwork”, and “wrap-up.”
• Address and complete all review notes resulting from completed audit work.
• Provide meaningful communications to audit management.
• Complete research of technical and industry matters as required.
• Perform other duties as requested, including selected data analysis and administrative tasks.
• Travel may be required, but not to exceed 5%.

• Presently enrolled in an under grad or master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Information Systems, or similar disciplines.
• Completed coursework in Auditing is a preferred plus.
• Minimum GPA of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale is required
• Relevant work experience is a plus
• Local student to the Atlanta office
