We’re looking for that person that wants a career with a family feel because that’s the heart of our culture at A-Action Pest Control .What You’ll Be Doing:As an Inside Sales Representative with our teams, after you complete our industry-leading, two-month training, you will be set up for success. You will be ready to help us exceed sales goals and you’ll see the results in your own paycheck. The training program includes pest knowledge, emotional intelligence, marketing, as well as how to sell all of our services – which are about more than just pest control!• Serve as a problem solver for both our technicians and our customers. Remember, you may be selling pest control, but it’s about more than that. You’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you’re providing public health and safety solutions for their business and their employees.• Achieve sales goals by generating and closing sales leads resulting from inquiry calls, e-mails, chats, etc. This position is also responsible for answering inbound calls from existing customers regarding their service, billing, scheduling, etc. as well as scheduling pest control service by determining area of service, technician availability, etc.If you’re organized and enthusiastic, you are ready to be a P.E.S.T. !Our Core ValuesBe a P.E.S.T .Professional . . .
