International Trade Manager (Remote or Hybrid)

The International Trade Manager is responsible in analyzing foreign trade and advising the business teams while meeting customer needs and competing in a global economy.

This position can be 100% remote/working from home or hybrid work schedule located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 2-3 days at Home Office and the remainder from home.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee matters of tariffs, markets, and federal and foreign regulations.
  • Guide on pricing strategies to maximize profits through incoterms.
  • Ensure that filings, documents, and regulatory reporting are completed accurately, in a timely manner, and according to trade laws.
  • Manage customs compliance matters such as documentation and procedures to prevent delays at customs entry points. Monitor and analyze international trade and customs issues relating to the company’s operations.
  • Manage compliance with preferential trade programs (USMCA, CAFTA, KORUS, etc.)
  • Execute activities related to classifications, permits, licenses and quotas.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business fields. ​
  • 5 years of experience in International Logistics.
  • License in Import/Export/ Customs Brokerage is a plus.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Work cross functionally with Sales, Customers, Finance and Tax, Risk and Compliance.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) at home for remote and hybrid positions.
