Payroll Coordinator - 9 month contract

IPG is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to handle payroll administration for multiple businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-state payroll processing.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of payroll regulations and laws

Responsibilities

Perform payroll functions for multi-state, multi-company payroll
Manage workflow to ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately
Audit incoming paperwork for accuracy and authorized approvals
Support local Payroll and HR departments with inquiries
Maintain payroll files and provide payroll information as required

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
