At Intuit, we have a reputation for being innovative, bold and customer-obsessed. We are looking for a passionate Associate Corporate Account Executive to join us in our mission of powering prosperity around the world, on our TurboTax Verified Professional sales team.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications


  • 1-3+ years experience in SAAS Account Management or Account Executive
  • A sales professional with a relationship and value based selling mindset, skilled at networking, research and nurturing leads
  • Tenacity is a key skill, and the successful candidate must be willing to work opportunities until the client has a need for our product
  • Understanding the characteristics of effective relationship management through the full sales cycle
  • Acquire new customers based on a value proposition that results in customers actively promoting Intuit solutions
  • Seeks value in new ways of doing things within Intuit's sales tools, process, and methodology
  • Describe desired or actual business results in measurable terms for all key stakeholders
  • Understand information customer needs to make sound business decisions
  • Capacity to summarize key features and benefits of Intuits suite of available products and services
  • Active listening will support the Identification of a prospects’ financial constraints, anticipated concerns, and objections
  • Speaks/writes using appropriate business language, mechanics, and gestures in all customer communications
  • Builds rapport and credibility, earning customer trust and effective long-term relationships
  • Demonstrates the concept of value-based selling and is not intimidated by decision makers or asking for the business


Responsibilities


  • Retain current customers through securing Verified Pro Contracts
  • Verified Pro acquisition in places where gaps in verified pro coverage exists
  • Assists in matching retiring and offloading tax professionals with Intuit Verified Pros and Intuit Full Service experts
  • Leading regular business reviews with Verified Pros


Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $28.50 - $39.00, Colorado $25.00 - $34.00, Bay Area California $26.00 - 35.00, Southern California $26.50 - 36.00, Washington $26.50 - $36.00, Washington D.C. $25.00 - $34.00. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
