We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Email Operations Support Associate to join our team. This role is critical in managing and optimizing our email operations, ensuring the reliable delivery of internal and external email communications, and maintaining the integrity of our email systems. The successful candidate will leverage tools such as Datadog and Splunk to monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Additional programming knowledge in CFML and Python is a plus.Work-Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.Job Responsibilities:1. **Email Operations Management:**- Oversee the day-to-day operations of email systems to ensure timely and reliable email delivery. - Monitor email queues and troubleshoot delivery issues to maintain high delivery rates.2. **Monitoring and Reporting:**- Utilize Datadog and Splunk to monitor email system performance. - Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.3. **Troubleshooting and Support:**- Provide technical support for email-related issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently.- Investigate and address email bounce backs, spam reports, and other delivery problems.4. **System Administration:**- Maintain and update email system configurations.- Ensure email systems are compliant with company policies and industry best practices.5. **Continuous Improvement:**- Identify and implement enhancements to optimize email performance and reliability.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and apply relevant innovations to our email operations.6. **Collaboration:**- Work closely with the IT department to ensure seamless integration and operation of email systems.- Coordinate with various departments to support their email communication needs.Qualifications:- Proven experience in email operations support or a related IT support role.- Proficiency in using monitoring tools such as Datadog and Splunk.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Knowledge of programming languages such as CFML and Python.- Experience with email systems administration and email deliverability best practices.- Familiarity with cloud platforms and email marketing tools."Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education."Bonus EligiblePlease visit www.broadridgebenefits.com for more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings.Broadridge associates helped us envision our Connected Workplace - a work model that allows associates around the globe, dependent upon their role responsibilities, to take advantage of the benefits of both on-site and off-site work to support our clients, one another, and the communities where we live and work.
