Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

This position is responsible for analysis, development, and coordination of all assigned tasks relating to inventory control, including, but not limited to daily cycle counts, material transactions, metrics, and documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the inventory integrity of all Warehouse and WIP inventories.
  • Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of the job.
  • Ability to perform data forensics.
  • Assist with any internal or external audits.
  • Develop communication relationship across all teams, including Warehouse, Production, Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance and IQC.
  • Responsible for maintaining and development of analytics required to support the business.
  • Adhere to all policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Work independently while engaged with and supporting team goals.
  • Other duties as assigned by Inventory Control Supervisor.


Qualifications

Skill/Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Warehouse or Inventory Control professional experience.
  • Interest and ability to learn multiple software tools including Tableau and SAP. Existing experience is a plus.
  • Intellectually curious and self-motivated.
  • Strong Excel software skills.
  • Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in completing work assignments, while complying with verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of good teamwork.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.

Base Salary Range Region 1:$86,300 - $124,100
Base Salary Range Region 2: $73,300 - $105,500
Shift: Day
