INVESTMENT BANKING ANALYST

Involved from beginning to end of a transaction, from helping prepare marketing materials to support for negotiations. Analysts are primarily responsible for analysis and completion of industry and company-specific research. Analysts are expected to be active participants during every phase of the deal process. We typically hire Analysts out of leading undergraduate business programs. Our recruits typically have majors in accounting or finance, relevant work experience, superior academic and extracurricular records, and an interest in financial analysis. Successful candidates must also possess strong interpersonal skills, motivation and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
