Job Description

Primary responsibilities include servicing clients, account opening/maintenance, performing administrative tasks, tracking relevant team data, and general organization support. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This individual can multi-task while working in a team dynamic.

This role will handle details of highly confidential and critical nature and will prepare and collect information for current and future clients.

Responsibilities will initially include:

· Prepare and maintain client documents and files

· Answer client phone calls

· Assist with account opening procedures

· Create and update spreadsheets

· Track team metrics

· Update information in CRM

We are looking for an individual with the following traits:

· Comfortable with CRM/Salesforce

· Attention to detail

Our Take:

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to help us bring our investment clients through our onboarding process and assist with paperwork and follow ups. This person has a direct role in our team’s success and the revenue generated. This person must have impressive attention to detail, be process-oriented, and understand our client’s needs and how to help them.

· At least one-year industry experience preferred

· Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associate Degree required

· Experience in Microsoft Office required (excel/word/outlook)

· Salesforce CRM experience ideal

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday

Pay: Base pay starting at $50,000/year with bonus opportunity
