Digital Advertising Lead

Job Overview:


Invitro Capital is seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Advertising Lead to oversee and scale our paid media efforts across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact paid campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will manage large ad budgets, continuously optimize performance, and ensure all campaigns deliver a high return on investment (ROI). The Digital Advertising Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment of paid ad strategies with overall business goals. This position will play a key role in driving the growth of our portfolio companies in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms to achieve growth targets.
  • Manage and optimize large advertising budgets, ensuring campaigns are ROI-positive and scalable.
  • Lead A/B testing and performance optimization efforts to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze paid ad performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular insights on key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Stay informed of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to enhance paid media strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment between paid advertising and broader marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external advertising agencies and vendors to support and amplify internal marketing capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Proven success managing large ad budgets and delivering high ROI.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in advertising tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or similar platforms for tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience managing external ad agencies.
  • Experience with growth hacking and rapid experimentation in paid advertising.
