The Role:
Xtract Research is seeking a leveraged finance lawyer to join our team as a Covenant Analyst. In this role you will write reports that summarize and analyze material terms in high yield bond offering memos and/or credit agreements related to leveraged loans. You will also answer questions from our clients – hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and law firms.
Attention to detail, issue spotting, clear, concise writing skills and the ability to make legalese understandable for non-lawyers are all important skills for this role.

Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary range is $250,000 - $290,000. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
