Job Description

The mission  

As Junior Solutions Consultant, you will be based in Mumbai and work closely with the Senior Solution Consultant in Mumbai and the rest of the team that is in France. Your role is pivotal for the sales and Presales/solutions consulting teams as you will make sure to provide the most impactful materials to prospects, such as tailored demo platforms, user journey demonstrations & presentation decks, and product scripts. 

A crucial member of the Solutions Consulting Team, you will contribute to large-scale international projects and engage with globally recognized brands. Your role will focus on sales and pre-sales stages, especially during RFP processes, ensuring that the Sociabble product story and features resonate with potential clients. 

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Creating tailored demo scripts that highlight Sociabble's value in solving customer challenges. 

  • Set up custom Sociabble demo platforms that address business needs. 

  • Supporting sales and account management efforts with presentation materials, webinars, strategic documentation, and market research.  

  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the Sociabble platform and producing training content for internal and external use. 

  • With time, you may evolve for instance in a solution consulting role, presenting the materials to the clients yourself.  

Qualifications

Your Profile 

You’re an experienced professional in the SaaS industry, with around 2 years of experience in roles such as pre-sales engineer, solutions consultant, or go-to-market specialist. Fluency in English (C2 level) is required, as your audience will include native English-speaking clients. French is a plus !
