Purpose of the Position

The Technical Sales supports sales by providing technical expertise, training, and practical demonstrations to partners and clients in the industrial and artisan pastry and gelato sectors. This role is essential for building and strengthening commercial relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and consolidating existing ones.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to expand the Irca Group's presence in the pastry and gelato markets
  • Conduct technical demonstrations and hands-on training for importers and end clients, highlighting product advantages, applications, formulations, production processes, and equipment use
  • Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to develop new products aligned with market trends and client feedback
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and strategic clients
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and showcase technical expertise


Technical Skills
  • Solid hands-on experience in both artisan and industrial pastry and gelato
  • Deep knowledge of the market and current trends
  • Ability to develop new recipes and products in response to market demand
  • Skilled in delivering effective technical training and demonstrations
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pastry and gelato sector
  • English fluent
  • Outstanding communication and technical skills
