We are looking for an innovative social media manager to build and lead Ironclad’s social media function from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.) to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support our overall marketing and communication efforts
Develop employee engagement / advocacy, creating a movement around Ironclad
Collaborate cross-functionally to create and curate compelling social media content that positions Ironclad as a leading CLM and AI solution, as well as a destination culture
Leverage social media analytics and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, optimize strategies, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and incorporate them into our social media initiatives.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, industry experts, and partners to develop new target audiences and amplify our reach.
Qualifications:
Great team player - you love working cross-functionally, establishing strong relationships, and bringing partners along the journey
High empathy - you deeply understand other parts of marketing and the business, and are driven to surface the great work of internal and external partners
Operational ninja - you know how to keep social hot programmatically, and how to work backwards from big moments to build momentum and support campaigns; you have strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and keep the trains running in a fast-paced environment
Proven B2B track record - you know that numbers and the bottom line matter, whether it’s strategies for awareness or bottom of the funnel content sharing, and you understand the strategies that drive the results we’re looking for on social
You’re not stuck in 2018 - whether it’s the latest conversations on AI, the latest social tools, or innovative channels, you stay ahead of the trends and know how to make our social presence relevant
You know how to create content that stops the scroll - you’re keyed into what will resonate with our audiences, and know how to engage audiences on social with compelling, valuable content for our audiences
Strong community builder - you have experience building community, working with influencers and driving engagement with priority personas, and building vulnerable, high-trust, and authentic relationships with those audiences

Base Salary Range: $145,000 - $175,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
