In this exciting role as an IT Business Analyst, you will help the Patient & Technical Services (PTS) team by providing oversight for programs that create access to data and drive insights to the organization. As a PTS team member, you will meet our customers’ expectations through consistent demonstration of valued behaviors + guiding principles and ensure those expectations are carried through as programs are implemented and maintained.

This position can be 100% remote .

A Day in the Life

In general, the following responsibilities apply for the IT Business Analyst role. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

This role ensures that day to day operations involving data, dashboards and reporting is running smoothly for the PTS team. The person in this position will implement continuous process improvements and will report outcomes to the business on a regular cadence. This role is expected to maintain current state, with a large focus on joining additional data sets to create reports that drive insights that help us effectively run our business and measure results. · Minimum of 2 years of work experience, OR advanced degree with 0 years of work experience.

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.

Base pay is based on numerous factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience .
