Training Instructor (Cleared)

IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) is seeking an experienced Training Instructor to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity. ITC will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in delivering training programs and workshops for USSOCOM.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of training on employees using individual or group performance results.
  • Collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation.
  • Contributes to new training program design and existing program enhancements.
  • Assists in the development and creation of lesson plans and training aids.
  • May specialize in a particular subject, training program, or function.

Location: On-site in Fayetteville, NC

Journeyman level: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 - 10 years of relevant experience

Substitutions for education:

  • Associate's Degree plus 4 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work with Teams, but self-motivated to complete projects on your own.
  • Ability to work fully on-site with minimal accommodation

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have at a minimum active DOD TS/SCI required for this role.
