IT Generalist

IT GENERALIST- Full time Direct Hire

On-site(hybrid) Fort Washington, PA

Responsible for the day-to-day running and maintenance of services, systems, and IT infrastructure including hardware, software, telecommunications, network, IT environment controls, etc. ensuring they work securely and reliably.

Microsoft AD, Windows

Linux(Preferred)

• Ensuring adherence to IT infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-level issues that require advanced technical knowledge.
• Requires a solid understanding of networking including but not limited to: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, NAT, Port Forwarding, vLAN, and Wireless.
• Coordinate and implement network upgrades.
• Recommends upgrades, patches, new applications, and equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve faults and errors in applications.
• Proactively managing and prioritizing multiple related projects, assignments, timelines, milestones, and follow-up communications.
• Creating user guides, training curriculum, policies, and other pertinent documentation for internal and external partners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily support tickets including end-user support via phone, email, and remote control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
