What You'll Do:
Provide basic IT support in a MacOS environment
Document, track, and monitor customer problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner through common customer request methods (Ticketing Systems, Slack, Email, etc.)
Create processes and documentation that the team can follow for repeatable tasks
Assist in onboarding new hires and offboarding employees
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure Teads compliance standards are followed.
Qualifications:
Available for the full summer internship program period at minimum; if this role would be extended after the summer ends, availability into fall/winter timeframe would be great on a full-time or part-time schedule
College students in their Junior or Senior year with a major in Information Systems or Computer Science are encouraged to apply
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Slides, Sheets)
General knowledge of common IT services: Zoom, Microsoft 365, Slack, etc.
Understanding of MDM Tool is preferred but not required
Experience in a corporate and fast paced environment
