Overview

Customer Success Program – Develop an understanding of current state practices and processes for engaging with customers on Baxter’s Software products (both pre and post sales). Research industry best practices (for both Life Science/Medical Device & Software/SaaS) to identify opportunities for improvement. Recommend both short-term and long-term improvements to our operating model.

• 
  Challenge: Rapidly growing and evolving customer questions on Baxter’s Digital Health Products & Services creates a barrier to growth. These questions introduce new terminology, stakeholders, SMEs, and complexity to sell & succeed.
• Goal: Quickly & consistently answer customer inquiries to accelerate sales and ensure customer success. Establish feedback channels and listening systems for improving the product backlog.
• Stretch: Implement initial short-term improvements and measure/demonstrate progress.

Scope

Scope may include additional projects/programs with Commercial, R&D, and Service in the Digital Products Team if the customer success program is completed before the end of the internship. Increased scope opportunities include the following areas:

• 
  Early Release Partnership and Success Metrics Development
• Service Offering Development (Bulk Data Transfer, Rimidi EMR Integration)
• Product Roadmap Development (MyPD patient mobile application expansion into patient education)

Service (Technical, Customer, Medical Information),

Software as a Service (Operating Models)
