IT Manager - Integration

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manages development team responsible for integration between Nelnet applications and customer ERP systems

2. Coaches, motivates, and professionally develops direct reports.
3. Builds strong relationships with IT, Product, and Operations’ leaders to seek feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Translates technical detail into business relevant language.
5. Sets clear team objectives and measurements aligned with organizational goals.
6. Responsible for performance evaluations and recommending compensation changes.
7. Promotes teamwork and cooperation within and across teams.
8. Implements lean solutions to improve team efficiency while maintaining effectiveness.
9. Assesses and improves team health.
10. Creates a culture that makes room for failure and learning.
11. Leads the hiring process for team members.
12. Contributes to department staffing plans and budget processes.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000

EDUCATION:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE:
1. 3+ years in IT Team area.

2. Experience working with third party integrations.
3. Experience in mentoring and developing others.

7. Familiarity with how to integrate with ERPs (Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.) is a plus.
