The Team:

The IT Operations - SaaS team is responsible for the SaaS landscape that Datadog employees around the world use on a daily basis to successfully do their jobs. This means managing Identity and Access Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and collaboration services like Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom.

The Opportunity:

As a SaaS Administrator for the IT Operations - SaaS team, you will maintain and improve SaaS services at Datadog such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and hundreds of SSO integrated apps. 

You Will:

• Integrate apps with SSO using SAML, SCIM and other provisioning technologies
• Ensure data integrity between SaaS tools
• Test and implement new services and keep up to date with features offered in existing services
• Merge and onboard SaaS services during M&A transactions 
• Collaborate on various initiatives with Compliance and Security
• Collaborate with our Engineering and Business Systems teams to automate SaaS related tasks
• Serve as a point of escalation for the IT Support team on SaaS-related issues
• Create and maintain team and user facing policies and procedures

You Are:

• Experienced configuring SSO via SAML or OAuth
• Experienced with SCIM, JIT and other provisioning technologies 
• Experienced in administering Google Workspace and other common SaaS applications such as Slack and Zoom
• Able to create policies and guidelines for best practices within SaaS apps 
• Familiar with regulated environments including SOC II, SOX and FedRAMP 
• Security minded with a focus on honest.security principles and access controls (RBAC, POLP)
• Able to communicate and work with SaaS vendors to ensure successful changes and deployments
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Fascinated by the way things work and love to learn
• Interested in working in a fast, high growth environment

Bonus Points

• You have managed infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
• You are familiar with ISO, ITAR and other standards and frameworks
• You have experience working with multiple different Identity Providers (IDPs)
• You can write basic scripts to automate tasks
