IT Service Desk Tech I - Flexible Weekends/2nd/3rd Shift

****SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: Flexibility to work weekend rotating shifts and 2nd or 3rd shifts will be required for this role****

The Service Desk Tech I performs Service Desk support functions and operations including telephone and web based support, issue escalation and resolution, and problem research and follow-up.

Experience REQUIRED:
Position typically requires an Associate’s Degree and one (1) to two (2) years of related experience, or equivalent combination of related education and experience

Independent action(s) required:
Works under close supervision normally receiving detailed instructions.

Pay: $17.99 - $28.79 per hour
