Overview:

FundThrough is looking for an IT Specialist to join FundThrough's Engineering team. As an IT Specialist, you will work across teams and departments, and directly impact the workplace experience for FundThrough employees. You will contribute to a variety of projects and technologies. This role is an opportunity to blend your passion for people with your advanced IT and technical support skills. This position is a hybrid work model and will require being in our Toronto office as required.

Based in Toronto and operating across North America, FundThrough's AI-powered invoice funding platform gives B2B businesses fast, customized funding offers to get their invoices paid in a few days – rather than a few months – and get quick access to cash they've already earned.

• Onboard new hires both hybrid and in person at our Toronto office
• Enable a better workplace experience through technology in an end-user self-service model
• Hardware and laptop/desktop support
• Triaging and managing our support tickets
• Onboarding and offboarding employees
• Implementing our IT Security measures
• Reporting and documenting issues across systems
• Opportunity to participate in designing and implementing the technology that supports a 100-plus-person staff in a modern hybrid environment

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage and collaborate across all levels of the organization with a friendly attitude
• Debug Windows and Mac OS based workstations
• Managing user and application directories
• Managing and debugging IP Networks (including VPN)
• Leveraging MDM systems
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deliver results in a timely manner
• A passion for supporting others and an inquisitive nature

We understand that Covid has shifted the way we work. Our Downtown Toronto office is open and we encourage FundThrough'ers to use it. Based on business needs, teams may designate 1 or more work from office days for anyone located in the GTA.
