What will your job look like?

  • We are looking for someone with excellent customer skills, who can communicate effectively with customers, on site employees and remote staff. Candidates must be comfortable with taking ownership of problems, and demonstrate an ability to work on their own initiative. We are expecting a flexible approach to working to share-in-tasks and responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Test new requirements, check and implement new technologies and document all information
  • Improve daily processes by coordinating with team members from different regions
  • Handle war room setups and BCP activities
  • Handle daily tasks and cases in SNOW by defined OLA & SLA
  • Allocate desktops and laptops as per requirements
  • Conduct maintenance in meeting /board rooms and for printers
  • Willingness to engage in activities for other IT disciplines (Telephony, Communication, Networking, etc.)
  • Write documentation as required
  • Maintain IT stock levels on site
  • At times, need to be available off hours and weekends

All you need is...

  • Proven record of 2-3 years of Second level support for a medium/large size company
  • Experienced in hardware and system configuration
  • Proficient in supporting Windows Operating Systems and IOS
  • Strong hardware knowledge of PCs, Laptops and Peripherals
  • Ability to work well with a virtual team environment
