What will your day look like?
In this exciting opportunity, you will provide hardware and software assistance to employees and clients by answering questions or resolving computer issues in person, via telephone, and/or electronically. This includes installation, configuration, and support of hardware and software setups—such as desktops, laptops, printers & printing, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Your troubleshooting will include repairing network connectivity issues, restoring data, hard drive and display failures, printer difficulties, etc. You will provide loaner equipment to ensure minimum disruption of work time. You will also setup, support, and maintain the inventory of laptops, desktops, monitors, and firm & personally owned mobile devices. All troubleshooting will require the creation and monitoring of trouble tickets in the queue to document work activity.
You will additionally assist in training employees on the appropriate use of hardware and software to include the use of video conference, telephony, and AV systems, including Crestron, Teams, and Zoom Rooms, VPN, remote access, and smartphones. You will regularly set up meetings in accordance with firm standards, which entails the setup of video conferences, projectors, loaner equipment, and network connections for usage and presentations.

In accordance with New York City’s Pay Transparency Law, pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City is $75,000 - $90,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
