What You Will Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for high-profile clients, from sourcing and interviewing to successful placement.
• Leverage your expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and market intelligence to attract top talent.
• Use cutting-edge AI technologies and recruitment tools to enhance efficiency and precision in candidate sourcing.
• Consult with clients to fully understand their talent needs and craft tailored recruitment solutions.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and performance, consistently exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
• Develop and nurture multilingual relationships with both clients and candidates, delivering world-class service at every touchpoint.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional recruitment experience, with a focus on the IT/technology sectors.
• Multilingual proficiency (English required; additional languages highly valued).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or IT required; Master’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field is a plus..
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across international markets.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
• Proactive, extroverted, and able to operate with agility in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
