Our culture promotes authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and a passion for exceptional care for every patient.Job DescriptionIvy Rehab seeks an experienced and dynamic SEO & Digital Content Manager to oversee defining and executing content strategy and design across multiple digital platforms and web properties. This role is both technical and strategic and will be responsible for increasing domain authority, driving organic traffic, publishing and promoting content, and improving overall engagement with current and potential patients across all Ivy Rehab disciplines and lines of business. The candidate must be well versed in SEO best practices, strategic marketing, content strategy, process and implementation, and have familiarity with major content management systems, asset management platforms, and analytics platforms. This position can work remotely with minimal travel required (10-15%) and will report to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing.Your Responsibilities Will Include• Product Management: Oversee content and assets management systems, including implementation, configuration, maintenance, documentation, user guides, and training materials to support internal stakeholders.• Content Strategy Development: Craft and execute a robust SEO and digital content strategy that aligns with business objectives, establishes best practices and meets the needs of our users.• Governance: Develop, oversee, and implement standards, systems, and processes for content creation, maintenance, and optimization that align with marketing and overarching Ivy Rehab standards.• A/B Testing: Drive A/B testing initiatives across various digital platforms, from planning and setup to execution and analysis, to continuously optimize content.• Performance Analysis: Analyze test results and website traffic data, interpret data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance content effectiveness.• Data Management: Develop and maintain standards for information models, taxonomies, data labeling, tagging, and classification to ensure alignment with standard processes in information architecture.• Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar, SEO initiatives, and optimization plans that align with seasonal trends and user behaviors, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.• Audience Insights and Segmentation: Utilize customer insights and market research to inform content strategies and effectively target diverse audience segments.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as an internal authority and resource, working closely with teams across marketing, design, and development to ensure the seamless integration and execution of digital marketing plans.• Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose and implement innovative content strategies.• Technical Competency: Familiarity with and ability to work with common web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript.To Succeed In This Role, You Should Possess• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or related field, and/or equivalent work-related experience.• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital content and SEO strategy, proven success in leading A/B testing initiatives, and direct experience with content marketing.• Established knowledge base in planning, managing, and executing content marketing and SEO initiatives, including experience as a content creator/publisher.• Expertise in the online space (web, email, search, blogging, etc.) and demonstrated knowledge of fundamental digital marketing distribution.• A clear understanding of the digital ecosystem and how to integrate SEO and content, as well as achieve and articulate success.• Proven experience and technical proficiency in administering WordPress sites, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Semrush, MOZ, and testing platforms such as Optimizely, Unbounce, or similar.
