CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure clinic efficiency and positive patient experiences
Schedule new and current patient appointments
Screen and refer incoming phone calls and clinic visitors to ensure accurate and positive clinic communication and facilitation
Verify insurance benefits, prescriptions, and authorizations
Oversee the collection and reconciliation of required insurance co-payments and patient private pay
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
1-3 years administrative/office experience in a medical field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations
Experience using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook programs)
Ability to adapt and be flexible with changes in workload
