The qualified Executive Medicine Services Health Care Coordinators (EMSH Coordinators) are responsible for executing and monitoring work in accordance to the Executive Medicine Services Care Coordination support plan and use operational and tactical knowledge and expertise to make decisions pertaining to care coordination requirements for Executive Beneficiaries. The EMSH Coordinators will administer, supervise, or perform work required to coordinate primary and specialty healthcare for Executive Beneficiaries. May advise agency management on policy formulation and the potential public reaction to proposed policy and identify and carry out communication requirements inherent in disseminating policy decisions. Will identify communication needs and develop informational materials that inform the appropriate stakeholders of agency’s policies, programs, services, and activities, and planning, executing, and evaluating the effectiveness of information and communication programs in furthering agency goals.
