Remote Online Chat Specialist

We are looking for Remote Online Chat Specialists to provide real-time customer support via online chat—no phone calls required! If you can communicate clearly in English and hold simple conversations, we want to hear from you. This is a fully remote position open to applicants worldwide.

What you'll do: As a Chat Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, assisting with questions, providing helpful information, sharing discount codes, and forwarding messages when necessary. We’re looking for polite, friendly, and proactive individuals who are ready to assist customers and enhance their online experience.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are entry level chat support jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: Online chat support worldwide (United States preferred).
