Job Family: Financial AnalysisJob Profile Title: Financial Analyst IILocation/Division Specific Information – SLC/ Grantsville, UTHow will you make an impact? -Provide complex financial and business-related analysis and research for financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investment.What will you do?-• Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance, and general business conditions• Provide summaries and analysis of special studies conducted and prepares recommendations for management to implement policies and guidelines to improve Jabil’s financial position• Analyze present and future financial performance of company• Compute and prepare data for journal entries, reviews general ledger and related financial statements for reasonableness• Accumulate and analyze information for the preparation of financial statements, ledgers, and reports• Prepare and present financial reports for internal and external customers• Coordinate with other departments in preparation of special analysis and reports• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policyHow will you get here? -Education: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting is requiredExperience: • Minimum of 5 years in accounting, finance, financial analysis or related fieldKnowledge, Skills, Abilities: • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphsPreferred Qualifications: • Master's degree is preferred• Manufacturing experience is a nice plus• Experience in presenting to a variety of audiences, including high level management, BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
