Janitor

SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of the facility by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Empties trash cans.
• Cleans restrooms.
• Sweeps and mops break rooms.
• Vacuums carpets.
• Mows and trims grass when needed.
• Cleans property of trash and debris.
• Performs detail cleaning of break rooms and restrooms on a monthly basis.
• Replaces burnt out light bulbs.
• Touches up paint.
• Cleans windows.
• Replaces ceiling tiles.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

Building and grounds quality of appearance.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Shift Details:

7pm-7am rotating shift (3 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off)

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
