We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Partner Manager with a strong background in enterprise architecture to join our Partner Solutions team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing Jasper-related solutions in collaboration with strategic partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs). As a Partner Solutions Architect, you’ll not only ensure partners are technically equipped to deploy Jasper within their client environments but also provide advisory support on consulting business models. You will collaborate with partners to develop scalable delivery and enablement strategies that enhance their offerings, creating profitable, sustainable growth.
This fully remote role reports to the Head of GSI Partnerships and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
Design Jasper solutions that integrate seamlessly within broader MarTech enterprise architectures, ensuring alignment with major platforms and databases commonly used in marketing technology stacks.
Leverage deep knowledge of Jasper’s capabilities to evangelize Jasper's capabilities and help partners understand how Jasper can be deployed effectively alongside existing MarTech solutions, tailoring configurations to maximize value and performance.
Provide consulting business model advisory to GSIs, helping them build out Jasper-focused delivery capabilities and advising on solution/resource models, assets, and scalable processes that support profitable long-term growth.
Work closely with partners to develop and execute delivery enablement plans, ensuring their Jasper offerings are well-integrated with larger sales, pipeline, and practice growth initiatives.
Conduct multiple consultation sessions with partners, focusing initially on technical design and MarTech alignment and subsequently on business model advisory and delivery enablement strategy.
Lead technical & delivery work streams on Offering development/co-development activities with key GSIs, including client-facing activities for delivery of Offerings/solutions.
Collaborate with Jasper Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and other internal stakeholders to ensure Jasper’s solutions are effectively tailored to partner-specific needs and objectives.
5+ years of experience in SaaS solution design, architecture, and implementation, with a focus on partner or GSI engagements.
Strong expertise in MarTech enterprise architecture, with an understanding of common platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, CMS, and DAM systems, and how Jasper fits within larger MarTech ecosystems.
Experience advising partners on consulting business models, particularly for delivery capability development within major GSIs, such as Accenture or Deloitte.
Experience in GSI offering design, management, & go-to-market/enablement.
Proven ability to create and execute partner delivery enablement strategies, aligning closely with business growth objectives and supporting profitable practice development.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple complex partner projects and navigating both technical and business-oriented conversations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of successful collaboration with partners in a consulting and advisory capacity.
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with information about our compensation practices. This role's expected salary range is $200,000-220,000 OTE. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
