Reporting to our EMEA Director of Analytics, you will create an impact within our Analytics capability. We take pride in our achievements and clients setting us apart in the industry. You'll help lead complex data solutions, mentor team members, lead multi-capability presentations, and take ownership of clients' measurement implementations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manager and mentor to two team members in South Africa.
• South Africa, being one of Jellyfish's centres of excellence, is a key region to support EMEA clients. Your role is to ensure our delivery is of the highest standard.
• You will often work on multiple clients simultaneously, so being able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Define a strategy for analytics in South Africa to drive growth and retention of clients in the region.
• Own the Google relationship for analytics.
• Lead complex data solutions for client engagements, applying diverse skills and specialisms within the capability.
• Create compelling multi-capability presentations and pitches.
• Collaborate with fellow directors to align processes across different specializations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Jellyfish delivery quality and efficiency.

Compulsory

• Well-versed in GA4 implementations
• Strong with implementing tracking in a tag management system (e.g. Google Tag Manager)
• Experience leading presentations to ensure that key stakeholders are on board with a vision
• Develop roadmaps and helping clients to prioritize based on their business objectives
• Implementation expertise in privacy-centric measurement (e.g. Enhanced Conversions & Consent Mode)
• Expertise with BigQuery
• Experience building dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio)

Beneficial

• Experience implementing app tracking for Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g. Appsflyer), product analytics (e.g. Firebase) and deep linking
• Expertise with server-side tracking, for example, sGTM and Conversion APIs
• An understanding of the media ecosystem (e.g. GMP suite)
