Creator Success Manager - Network Media

Role Overview

Network Media is hiring a Creator Success Manager who will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our video creators. This includes answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping creators get the most out of our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and video production, as well as excellent customer service skills.

• Provide support and guidance to video creators
• Answer questions about our supported platforms and policies
• Troubleshoot issues and help creators resolve monetization and Intellectual Property conflicts
• Work with cross-functional team members to develop and drive adoption of self-service support and learning resources for creators
• Work with creators to develop and execute marketing plans
• Maintain relationships with high-value creators
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Youtube, etc.)
• Provide recommendations for strong creator branding across multiple platforms (brand safe videos, visual graphics)
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our partner representatives across multiple platforms

• While this is a WFH position, you will be required to be at events and on-set as needed.
• 3+ years of experience in social media or video production
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience managing support tickets and queues and working in CRM tools
• Strong prioritization skills, including adapting priorities as circumstances change
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Youtube)
• Experience with video editing and production
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
